Each piece of jewelry is an unique and individual as you are and no piece is exactly alike. While the images on my website provide an accurate representation of the product, there will be slight variations from the photographs.

Please remember that dichroic glass is difficult to capture in photographs. While I have done my best to capture each piece, the colors will be more vibrant and exciting in person.

I want to be happy with your purchase. If you for any reason are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund or exchange (less shipping costs). Simply e-mail me at rma58@msn.com Items must be returned in their original state and packaging along with a copy of your receipt within 14 days of purchase. All jewelry is handcrafted using the finest materials with the highest standards of craftsmanship. I personally guarantee its durability. If your piece is defective due to my craftsmanship, it will be promptly repaired free of charge. Should your piece break do to fault of your own, I will attempt to repair it for a nominal fee.

Shipping

Shipping is $5.00 per order, FREE for orders over $75.00 (u.s) International rates may vary. Call or email me to make arrangements for a delivery outside the USA and Canada. Every attempt will be shipped to you within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

All prices shown are in US dollars and all payments must be in US dollars.

If the item you want to order was sold but not yet marked on the site, I will either give you a store credit, or a refund, your choice.

All items will be shipped via USPS priority mail. Should any damage occur, contact me at rma58@msn.com and I will resolve it immediately.
